Ingredients
Sultanas, Raisins, Dates, Currants, Cherries, Brown Sugar, Port, Butter (cream (from milk) water, salt, milk fats), Eggs, Bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, idolised salt, canola oil, soy flour, vegetable emulsifiers (472c, 481) vitamins (thiamin, folate)) Flour, Bi-Carb Soda and Mixed Spice.

Our puddings do not contain nuts or peel.

1. Remove all labels and decorations.
2. Boil the whole pudding for 2 hours Or simply microwave for approx 25 seconds per slice.
3. Store uneaten pudding in clean cling wrap in an airtight container.
4. If you have a warm house or live in a warm climate refrigeration would be advised.
